Summary: Hot water wasn’t working by the time we got there. However they did call and tell us that to let us know. That was good We had to be moved 3 times 2 of the ac units was making a loud and funny nose. We finally got a room that the AC unit wasn’t make a loud funny noise but the bed was horrible. I felt all of the bed springs when i was trying to sleep needless to say I didn’t get good sleep
